We're looking for a highly motivated Client Service Officer to join our fantastic team of three and help us make a real impact!
Role Overview As a Client Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
This role ideally covers 25 hours per week, but is flexible for the right applicant.
Your responsibilities will include:
Client Interaction and File Management: Engaging with clients over phone, email and face to face, to book appointments and provide exceptional service and support. Customer Retention and Appreciation: Repricing loans and implementing initiatives to show our appreciation for customers to enhance their overall experience. Marketing Aspects: Assisting with marketing initiatives to promote our services and attract new clients. CRM Management and Document Follow-Up: Track and follow up client documents, ensuring timely responses to lenders and chasing banks when needed. About You You are eager to join the mortgage broking industry and are committed to learning and growing in this field. You possess a solid understanding of financial concepts and have some financial literacy. You have experience or interest in managing social media platforms, with the ability to create engaging content that reflects the brand and connects with our audience. You thrive in an office-based environment and enjoy working collaboratively with a small team. A willingness to implement processes and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
