We currently have a vacancy for a Client Service Officer to join our Newcastle office.
Your new role
This role is responsible for the coordination of the overall client experience for Pitcher Private Wealth clients whilst maintaining the highest levels of client service.
Key responsibilities are (but not limited to):
Facilitation of the end-to-end client experience in Pitcher Private Wealth. This includes the booking of meetings and preparation of associated documentation, meeting and greeting clients upon arrival and maintaining service standards at all times;
Providing daily administrative support to Partners and the team across a broad range of areas. This includes (but is not limited to) diary management, travel arrangements, management of correspondence and document preparation, mail coordination, assistance to the Account Management team;
Provide a first point of contact for client enquiries and accurately communicate client expectations and requirements to other team members as required;
Coordinate details and logistics of a broad range of functions and events in conjunction with the Executive Assistant;
Maintain already up-to-date client records.
This role comes with significant training and support from your team and the opportunity to collaborate on team projects and help develop the business.

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of two years experience in Administration within a professional environment:
Have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, partners and team members in both verbal and written form;
Are flexible in your approach to work, with the ability to handle multiple priorities with efficiency and ease;
Have strong administration skills, attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve;
Manage your time well and prioritise tasks effectively within given timeframes;
Are a team-player who also enjoys working independently;
Possess an engaging, professional and courteous nature, be eager to work in a team and provide assistance to clients, Partners and other team members;
Are able to build rapport quickly and grow and maintain relationships at all levels;
Display a willingness to exceed client expectations and create peace of mind for clients in the delivery of service.
