A permanent full-time role has become available for a Client Services Officer, working for a modern financial group, specializing in financial advice, wealth management, personal and business insurance. Their purpose is to help more people secure their financial future. They do this with personalized financial advice, insurances, superannuation, investments, and more.
Your new role
You will be the first point of call in this people-focused role. Some of your duties will include:
Liaising with clients to provide an outstanding client experience and build nurturing relationships.Providing support to the Advice Team with client queries.High-quality record keeping, including competency with IT systems, adhering to process guidelines and standard operating procedures.Complete, lodge, process, and follow up our client's investment, superannuation, pension & insurance applications.Ensure all administration compliance & evidencing requirements are met.General administration & customer service responsibilities.Engagement with internal and external stakeholders.Key skills required include communication and interpersonal skills.What you'll need to succeed
This role suits those who thrive in a customer-service-based environment. You should also have:
Experience handling routine and moderately complex cases, ideally within the financial sector.Proven track record of maintaining high-quality records and following standard operating procedures.Experience in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Experience managing team communications, such as organizing email inboxes and scheduling appointments.What you'll get in return
