Client Service Officer - $70K - $80K Plus Super

Advance Recruitment Partners – Gold Coast QLDI have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Officer to join a small, motivated team in a growing business focused on delivering quality advice and service.In this role, you will work with the advisers, clients, and other team members to ensure the business continues to provide quality administrative and processing services in a friendly, accurate, and timely manner.Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Liaising with clients to collect required information, provide progress updates and respond to general queriesLiaising with product providers and other third partiesArranging client appointmentsPreparing files for client meetingsImplementing all advice, including processing Investment/ Super/ Insurance applications and amendmentsMaintaining client files and databasesProviding administration support to advisersAttending client meetings when requiredThe Person:Minimum of 1-year experience supporting a financial plannerExperience with implementation is a mustStrong attention to detailThe Benefit:Extensive growth opportunitiesFree car park accessFun and energetic work environmentFor a confidential discussion about the position, please call Sam on 0406 682 *** or email ******
