Client Service Officer - $70K - $80K Plus Super

I have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Officer to join a small, motivated team in a growing business focused on delivering quality advice and service.
In this role, you will work with the advisers, clients, and other team members to ensure the business continues to provide quality administrative and processing services in a friendly, accurate, and timely manner.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Liaising with clients to collect required information, provide progress updates and respond to general queriesLiaising with product providers and other third parties Arranging client appointmentsPreparing files for client meetingsImplementing all advice, including processing Investment/ Super/ Insurance applications and amendmentsMaintaining client files and databasesProviding administration support to advisersAttending client meetings when requiredThe Person:
Minimum of 1-year experience supporting a financial planner Experience with implementation is a must Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail The Benefit:
