Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Brambles Limited is looking for a reliable and dedicated Client Service Manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in client service management.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded- Monitor key performance indicators and create reports for clients on a regular basis- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients- Address any client concerns or complaints promptly and effectively- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management

Requirements:- 6+ years of experience in client service management or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities- Exceptional time management and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and remotely- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
