The Client Service Manager is accountable for achieving maximum occupancy and Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD) sales, whilst providing support and assistance to the Victorian State Manager – Client Services in the development of operational initiatives.Role Objectives:Effective execution of appropriate sale and admission functionsAchieve maximum occupancy and RAD salesImprove Arcare's market position and achieve financial growth in the regionSupport and assist the Victorian State Manager – Client Services in the development of operational initiativesModel and demonstrate extensive knowledge of Arcare's Values, Relationship-centered model of care and Senses-frameworkYour Primary Functions will include:Conduct residential tours as requiredMaintain an understanding of the Financial Arrangements for Aged Care Services as defined in the Aged Care Act 1997Negotiate with families to achieve favourable financial outcomes for ArcarePrepare Resident Agreements prior to admissionEnsure that all data is kept current and up-to-date on the CRM systemLiaise with the Residence Managers and relevant key personnel regarding admissions and seek to ensure, with the assistance of the Residence Manager and GSM that the presentation of the residence is of the highest standard.Timely and accurately reporting of activities and initiatives to the Victorian State Manager - Client ServicesBe prepared to undertake in-service-training on the Arcare model of care to understand the environment into which clients will be movingResearch and build effective and sustainable relationships with hospitals, social workers and placement agenciesEngage with the local community by way of presentations to local organisations such as retirement villages, RSL and senior citizens clubs etcOrganise and host functions to promote Arcare homes in the Malvern areaSkills & Experience RequiredProven experience in a Sales (and/or) Customer Service positionDemonstrated experience in business developmentCurrent Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration that does not preclude working in Aged CareA broad understanding of issues experienced by the elder communityWell-developed interpersonal and communications skillsThe ability to work independently with minimum supervisionSound organisation and computer skillsReady to ApplyIf you think this role is the right fit for you, we invite you to apply.
