About this roleThis role of SMSF Client Service Manager involves providing comprehensive support and guidance to SMSF trustees. Additionally, the role will involve staying abreast of regulatory changes to support our customers in keeping their SMSF compliant. You will be the first point of contact for our SMSF customers in most instances, so the role is key to understanding our customer's pain points so we can pivot effectively to be the best in the market.
The role will involve:Supporting our customers with regular inquiries and updates on their SMSFs;Providing education and information related to their SMSF;Working with other teams including Operations, Product and Marketing to ensure feedback from our customers is delivered.A bit about youTechnical skills - with a minimum of 5 years in the superannuation industry you will be able to understand the superannuation regulations and laws, as well as the responsibilities that are involved with managing an SMSF;Collaboration - experience working with the wider Stake Super Operations and Accounting teams to ensure our customers receive the best SMSF administration service;Strong communication skills - as the main point of contact for our customers, you'll have excellent communication skills and be able to present areas of improvement to relevant stakeholders which will help improve the CX experience;Organisation skills - you will have exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills so our client's expectations can be exceeded.At Stake, we value hustle over honours degrees, so we're more interested in you than your resume.
