As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Client Service Manager to oversee our security operations in Sydney.
Responsibilities of the Role As the Client Service Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:
Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the physical security team, ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures.Develop and implement physical security measures and strategies to protect assets, facilities, and personnel.Monitor security systems, such as CCTV, access control, and alarms, to detect and respond to security threats in a timely manner.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.Liaise with external stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and emergency responders, to address security incidents effectively.Provide leadership and guidance to security personnel, including training, performance evaluation, and career development opportunities.Stay abreast of emerging security threats and trends in physical security, recommending proactive measures to enhance security posture.Job Requirements To be successful in this role, it is expected that you'll have the following:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical security operations, with a proven track record of leadership and management.Strong understanding of physical security principles, protocols, and technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Proficiency in security risk assessment and incident response procedures.Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications (e.g. PSP, CPP) are highly desirable.Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.Benefits Why work for us?
