The Client Service Manager is accountable for achieving maximum occupancy and Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD) sales, whilst providing support and assistance to the Victorian State Manager – Client Services in the development of operational initiatives.
Role Objectives: Effective execution of appropriate sale and admission functions Achieve maximum occupancy and RAD sales Improve Arcare's market position and achieve financial growth in the region Support and assist the Victorian State Manager – Client Services in the development of operational initiatives Model and demonstrate extensive knowledge of Arcare's Values, Relationship-centered model of care and Senses-framework Your Primary Functions will include: Conduct residential tours as required Be required from time to time to have a primary location/focus dependent upon market forces Maintain an understanding of the Financial Arrangements for Aged Care Services as defined in the Aged Care Act 1997 Negotiate with families to achieve favourable financial outcomes for Arcare Prepare Resident Agreements prior to admission Ensure that all data is kept current and up-to-date on the CRM system Liaise with the Residence Managers and relevant key personnel regarding admissions and seek to ensure, with the assistance of the Residence Manager and GSM that the presentation of the residence is of the highest standard.
Timely and accurately reporting of activities and initiatives to the Victorian State Manager - Client Services Be prepared to undertake in-service-training on the Arcare model of care to understand the environment into which clients will be moving Research and build effective and sustainable relationships with hospitals, social workers and placement agencies Engage with the local community by way of presentations to local organisations such as retirement villages, RSL and senior citizens clubs etc Organise and host functions to promote Arcare homes in the Malvern area Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in a Sales (and/or) Customer Service position Demonstrated experience in business development Current Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration that does not preclude working in Aged Care A broad understanding of issues experienced by the elder community Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills The ability to work independently with minimum supervision Sound organisation and computer skills Ready to Apply It really is our people and culture that set us apart, with our ongoing focus of working together as one team.
