The Role We are seeking a seasoned Client Service Manager to lead and elevate our team! In this role, you will collaborate closely with a skilled team of Loan Processors, Credit Analysts, and Mortgage Brokers to ensure the highest standards of client service and operational excellence. As a key leader, you'll drive customer satisfaction, enhance service delivery, and support our commitment to creating outstanding client experiences.
This full-time, senior role is ideal for an experienced professional seeking to advance their career and make a significant impact within the Mortgage Broking and Finance industry.
Primary Responsibilities: Liaising with our Mortgage Brokers, Lenders and Clients throughout the application process. Guiding clients through the initial loan application process, while gathering and processing the appropriate documents. Provide support with applications from broker handover to loan approval and post-settlement. Performing data entry into CRM systems & using computer software and applications. Manage the loan process through to AOL, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are completed accurately and efficiently. We are looking for someone with: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, such as Client Service Manager, Credit Analyst, or Loan Processor Experience working with diverse client needs , from first-time homebuyers and refinancers to seasoned investors, clients with non-conforming loan requirements, and SMSF (Self-Managed Super Fund) loans Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong client focus paired with a positive, can-do attitude Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to setting clear and realistic client expectations Process- and deadline-driven , with a curious mindset and a drive to ask questions and deliver results Nice to Haves:
Cert IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking is desirable but not required. Work laptop provided. Internal Professional Development and Career Progress opportunities provided.
