Telstra Corporation Limited is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. We are looking for a confident and driven individual with at least 6 years of experience in a client service or account management role.

As a Client Service Manager, your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of clients, developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within your client portfolio and working closely with sales teams to achieve revenue targets.

In addition to client management, the Client Service Manager will be responsible for analyzing client data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. Strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as you will be expected to address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client management, and a strong attention to detail. A background in telecommunications or a related industry is preferred.
