The Position - Client Service Manager The primary objective of the role is to provide exceptional service and support to the Financial Planners with client relationships, enquiries, client account management, client reviews, and advice implementation.
You will also act as a liaison between the clients and the firm ensuring that the clients receive the assistance they need, and their expectations are met.

The Person - 'YOU' Ideally, you will have a minimum of one year's experience in Client Service Manager or similar financial advice industry role plus completion or near completion of postgraduate qualifications.
