The Position - Client Service Manager
The primary objective of the role is to provide exceptional service and support to the Financial Planners with client relationships, enquiries, client account management, client reviews, and advice implementation. You will also act as a liaison between the clients and the firm ensuring that the clients receive the assistance they need, and their expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:

Address and handle client enquiries and concerns effectively
Implementation of SOA's/ROA's and client strategies
Prepare and handle application forms and comprehensive financial plans
Maintain and update client information in the Xplan database
Manage the administration and processing of client documents
Oversee and schedule client appointments efficiently

The Person - 'YOU'
Ideally you will have a minimum of one years experience in Client Service Manager or similar financial advice industry role plus completion or near completion of post graduate qualifications.
The following skills and attributes will be highly regarded:

Experience or proficiency in using XPlan is preferred
Possession of a degree is preferred
Strong desire for continuous learning and personal growth
Dedication and passion for pursuing in financial planning career
Positive and enthusiastic demeanour
Experience in delivering high quality client service
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
A 'can do' attitude with the ability to learn fast, take ownership and work both independently and as part of team
Well-organised with meticulous attention to detail
Capable of managing multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines
An adaptable and flexible nature
Possession of strong problem-solving ability
