As our Client Service Lead, you will be the cornerstone of our client service efforts, ensuring that you and the team deliver exceptional experiences and value to our clients.
Your role will involve:Leading the Client Service process workflow.Actively supporting clients in implementing their financial advice.Maintaining strong, authentic client relationships and ensuring all client interactions are positive and proactive.Managing client meeting preparations and ensuring all processes are followed.Coordinating office calendars to keep our advisors focused on delivering maximum value to clients.Key Qualities We're Looking For

Proven experience in a client service, implementation management, professional services or family office environment.Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate and manage workflows effectively.Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, with a personable approach that fosters strong client relationships.A desire to continually improve systems and processes, making the way we work smarter, and utilising technology to automate mundane tasks so we can spend more time providing high level service to clients.Experience in the Financial Planning industry and understanding of ASIC compliance requirements would be advantageous but is not essential.What We Offer
