They have reached a point where they need to expand their administration team.
About the RoleThis administration role sits within a broader team of experienced Client Service Coordinators. You will be joining the team to support a team of Accountants and undertake the following duties:
Providing client-focused administrative support for a team of accountantsLiaising with clients to handle queriesLiaising with the ATO and ASIC and utilising the portals on behalf of accountantsCollating financial documents on behalf of clientsUndertaking the management of tax lodgements on behalf of clientsManaging and updating the client databaseProviding adhoc support as required to AccountantsAnswering phones and responding to emailsSetting up meeting and function rooms when requiredAbout YouIdeally, you will have at least 1 year of experience working in either a public practice accounting firm or a professional services environment. You will be working with a team of like-minded professionals in a supportive environment.
