In your role as a Client Services Coordinator in our team, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide exceptional client service to both internal and external clienteleProvide accounting practice supportWork with Partners, Managers and Accountants to manage client WIPAccess MyGov and ATO portals and provide various reportsMaintain contact with clients both face-to-face and over the phoneSetup new clients and update client details in our databases and portalsLodge ITR's/BASPrepare and send end of month billsLiaise with external bodies e.g.
ATO, ASICProvide assistance with Teams and Zoom meetingsAbout You: You are a professional individual who aligns with our CARE values (Collaboration, Agility, Respect, Enthusiasm), someone who wants to add value to a team and firm looking to make the right move for their career, ideally possessing the following highly desirable attributes:
1+ years' experience in an administration or client services roleProficiency with MS Office & Outlook (exposure to MYOB AE highly regarded)Proven ability to prioritise workflow and work proactively, as part of a team and autonomouslyStrong interpersonal and communication skills (clear and concise verbal and written communication)A high level of personal presentation and a professional approachA flexible, team-player attitude with the ability to take initiativeA desire to deliver first-class service and motivation to go the extra mileA drive and passion for positively servicing our clients, both internal and externalPrior experience working in an accounting firm/professional services firm (or commercial equivalent) will also be highly regarded.
