Client Service Coordinator / Administrator

THE OPPORTUNITY Our client is a highly regarded wealth management and taxation firm in their city fringe office. They are currently enjoying rapid growth and require assistance in their administration team. With 3 locations across QLD already in place, the firm is continuing to expand and looking to grow. It's a great time to join this team and secure your future!
THE ROLE The focus of this role will be to build strong client relationships and be the primary point of contact on behalf of professional staff. You will ensure all client needs and requests are met efficiently and effectively. Your duties will include:
Providing administrative support to a team of AccountantsScheduling of appointments with Directors and AccountantsPreparation and collation of documents to be sent to clientsInvoicingManagement of workflow and lodgementsMaintain databaseLiaise with the ATO and ASICUndertake and adhoc administration duties as requiredSKILLS & EXPERIENCE Ideally you will have at least 1 year of experience working in a public practice accounting firm. You will also possess the following:
