THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a highly regarded wealth management and taxation firm in their city fringe office. They are currently enjoying rapid growth and require assistance in their administration team. With 3 locations across QLD already in place, the firm is continuing to expand and looking to grow. It's a great time to join this team and secure your future!
THE ROLE
Duties
The focus of this role will be to build strong client relationships and be the primary point of contact on behalf of professional staff. You will ensure all client needs and requests are met efficiently and effectively. Your duties will include:

Providing administrative support to a team of Accountants Scheduling of appointments with Directors and Accountants Preparation and collation of documents to be sent to clients Invoicing Management of workflow and lodgements Maintain database Liaise with the ATO and ASIC Undertake and adhoc administration duties as required
Skills & Experience
Ideally you will have at least 1 year of experience working in a public practice accounting firm. You will also possess the following:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written. Experience using Xero, FYI Docs and Fuse Docs would be well regarded. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Exceptional client service skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships. Ability to work as part of a team but also have the ability to take ownership of your role.
