The key focus here will be to provide exceptional customer service and operational excellence in the customer experience.
Position Responsibilities Investment Portfolio account maintenance and dataPreparing investment proposals and pitch packsExcel Spreadsheet maintenance and inputSet up new investment and bank accountsOffice administration and data entryDraft and email client communicationsKeeping minutes for Internal and external meetingsInbound and outbound calls; managing enquires from advisors and clientsMeeting / Diary Management for AdvisorsCompliance tasksAbout You Degree qualified in relevant field (Commerce, Economics, Business, Data)Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Some work experience, ideally in wealth management or financial services.Self-starter and motivatedAttention to detail and great communication skills
