The OpportunityThe Client Service Associate plays a critical role and will see the successful candidate being a key contact point day-to-day with clients. The role involves administering all aspects of the advice process within XPLAN, including discovery meetings, preparation of annual planning meetings, and implementation of advice.
About YouTo be successful in this role you will require the following:
Experience in an administrative/support function within a financial planning business;Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner;A willingness to learn and improve;Strong attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines;Work closely as a team and be supportive;XPLAN experience preferred.DetailsWe are located at Waterman Business Centre, Chadstone with free all-day parking, and plenty on offer with cafes and shops all within a short walk from our office.
