Client Service Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses- Assist clients with account management, including updating account information and resolving any issues that may arise- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on client projects- Participate in client meetings and provide support to the Client Service Manager as needed- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment- Critical thinking skills to analyze complex client issues and develop effective solutions- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Experience working with clients in a remote setting is a plus- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
