- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training sessions and workshops to stay updated on products, services, and industry best practices, contributing to your professional development.
- **Project Involvement:** Participate in special projects or initiatives as assigned to support the overall goals of the team and company.
**Key Requirements:**
- **Education:** A minimum of one year of experience in customer service, client-facing roles, or any similar environment.
- **Skills:**
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using technology and various communication platforms (CRM software, MS Office Suite, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
