### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Support**: Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (email, chat, social media, and phone) in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all client issues are addressed thoroughly and efficiently.

- **Issue Resolution**: Actively identify and troubleshoot client concerns, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.

- **Project Management**: Assist in coordinating service projects by managing tasks, timelines, and follow-ups to deliver outstanding service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives.

- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct thorough research to resolve client queries and stay updated on GameStop's products and services. Prepare reports and provide feedback to enhance service delivery based on insights gathered from client interactions.

- **Feedback and Improvement**: Engage with customers to gather feedback on their experiences and suggest improvements to internal processes. Identify recurrent issues and provide constructive feedback to enhance the client service strategy.

- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, solutions provided, and service trends to support effective reporting and knowledge sharing within the team.

- **Continuous Learning**: Stay informed about the latest gaming products, industry trends, and GameStop's promotional offers to deliver informed support to clients and enhance customer relations.

### Requirements

**Education and Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Background in the gaming industry or familiarity with gaming products is a plus.
