**Job Description:**

CIMIC Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in Canberra. This part-time position is ideal for driven and dedicated individuals who are looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive work environment. As a Client Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients while facilitating internal operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Coordination:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries, providing timely and effective responses.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are effectively managed.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and manage correspondence to enhance client relationships.

2. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure efficient retrieval of information.
- General office duties including data entry, scheduling, and managing office supplies.

3. **Communication:**
- Engage with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders through effective verbal and written communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on client needs and organizational objectives.
- Address and resolve client issues and complaints, escalating to management when necessary.

4. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Actively participate in identifying opportunities for process improvements in client service delivery.
- Provide input on innovative practices to enhance the overall client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client service and administration.

5. **Team Support:**
- Work closely with the Client Services team to foster a collaborative environment.
- Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on enhancing client services.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, customer service, or a related field.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role or administrative support.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

- **Skills:**
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is desirable.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
