Casey's General Stores is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Service Assistant to join our team in Canberra. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level professionals to gain valuable experience in client relations within a supportive environment. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Provide outstanding service to clients through multiple communication channels, including face-to-face, phone, and email. Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Client Relationship Management:** Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Gather insightful feedback to help improve service offering.
- **Administrative Support:** Manage and maintain client databases, including tracking client interactions, updating contact information, and processing orders or requests accurately.
- **Data Analysis:** Collect and analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports summarizing findings and suggest actionable strategies to enhance client service.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for clients. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- **Problem Resolution:** Independently investigate and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. Escalate complex concerns to senior team members when necessary.
- **Training and Development:** Engage in ongoing training opportunities to stay informed about company policies, products, and services.
- **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.

**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or certifications in customer service or business administration is a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using various digital communication tools and platforms.
