Due to growth, the need has arisen for a proactive & switched on Client Service & Sales Administrator to join a high performing team in managing inbound queries from customers via phone and email. This is an interesting and varied position encompassing both customer service and administration working in their vibrant Bondi Junction office.  Duties to include but are not limited to: Liaising with key account customers via phone and email in a high volume environmentConsulting with customers on the product range Processing orders through Netsuite in a timely fashionTaking enquiries via phone and email from customers on order related issuesHandling costing and invoicing queries including refundsGeneral administration duties associated with the roleThis is a perfect opportunity for someone with an admirable work ethic, looking for an entry level opportunity within a corporate office environment. This is a business that pride themselves on developing and nurturing employees to support their career development!
