Client Service - Sales Admin & Delivery Allocator About The Role This is a varied role working in our Toowoomba Steel Division for a motivated all-rounder supporting the Sales, Service and Administration team.
There will be a strong focus on client service, administration and delivery allocation tasks.
Main Responsibilities First point of contact for telephone calls and walk-in customersCoordinate delivery truck allocation and confirmationMaintaining administrative processesLiaise with production and customers to ensure customer requests are achievableConfirm requests can meet production capabilities and timeframesEnter sales orders into system and prepare delivery documentationSteel's retail store opening and closingPrepare quotations, conduct stock enquiries, confirm production ordersKeeping in touch with customers to confirm requirements on up and coming workAdministration and office filing and proceduresAbout You Experience in sales, construction, trades or building industry an advantageStores or stock control experience well regardedStrong client service and administration skillsMS Office proficiency and excellent communication skillsStrong accuracy and attention to detailWhy Wagners?
