Due to some recent staff movement, they now have position available in their administration team.
About the Role This position is one that will provide support across the accounting team as well as undertaking general administrative duties.
You will responsible for the following:  - Dealing directly with clients on behalf of accountants - Scheduling meetings - Preparation of documents  - Following up clients  - Onboarding new clients - Updating client details on database - Liaising with the ATO - Liaising with ASIC - Undertaking any adhoc administrative tasks as required Benefits This firm has a reputation of having a very high staff retention.
