Job Description The Position We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Midland.

The right person has great opportunity for career progression within the team.   Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:  Meet and greet all visitors to the office  General administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and scheduling?  Welcome and assist clients and visitors at a reception desk  Assisting with mailing and accepting deliveries?of letters and small parcels  Facilitating online orders for office supplies and services, including management of stock levels.  Manage incoming calls and email enquiries  Provide excellent customer service to colleagues and clients  Keep the reception areas clean and tidy  Engage with our friendly, fun, supportive, and inclusive team  We are looking for a well presented, confident and friendly individual, with an exceptional telephone manner, proactive approach to work and a CAN-DO ATTITUDE.
