What you will be doing The Client Service Administrator is a very powerful role in supporting the journey and experience of clients within our Integrated Advice Teams at Kearney Group.
You will be working across teams (Financial Planning, Accounting, Bookkeeping & Lending) and play an integral part in supporting new and existing clients and the service delivery across the Kearney Group business.

Key Responsibilities: Clients New client welcome and system set-up. Client service group set-ups - Household/Business Data collection and transfer requests. Database changes (client data changes). Client Konsole (secure portal) set-up. People Integrated Advice Team support. Client communication and correspondence. Technical Excellence System updates and data quality management Process updates and documentation. Google suite Administration Client document management Meeting booking/scheduling Operational support Core Capabilities, Traits & Behaviours: Organised, efficient and strong attention to detail. Collaborative, client focused, and good communication skills. Accurate, adaptable, with an eyes up approach. Process oriented with confidence to strongly, and positively, influence quality standards. Experience A Client Service Administrator is the pathway to Support Services Coordinator role.
It is a knowledge build role across services in Integrated Advisory Teams.
Administration experience in a financial services business is preferred but not required.
Confidence, coordination, and leadership skills, with a focus on standards and process, is preferred.
