They currently have a fantastic opportunity to join their busy & friendly team within a CSA position that will add to the growing admin support team and be responsible for providing efficient and varied administrative support to a team of accountants.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Providing exceptional customer service to clients Document and Workflow Management / Jobflows Using MYOB Practice Management (MPM) to maintain client data Raising invoices Printing reports out of MPM as required Liaising with the ATO in all aspects to assist both clients & accountants Ie - Lodgements / queries Using BGL360 Set up Trusts Applications for new ABN/TFN/GST for clients MPM Planner ATOmate document control and daily mail Collation of client information & sending via MYOB secure portal/post Maintaining team diary via Outlook Reception cover General office duties including housekeeping tasks General Administrative assistance to the team to assist in the smooth running of the day to day office Requirements: 3+ yrs experience within a Reception / Administration / Client Services / Team Administrator position previously Prior experience having worked within an Accounting firm environment / professional services (finance / legal) highly regarded Handle confidential information professionally & with discretion Confident telephone manner Tech savvy and comfortable working in a paperless environment Practical experience dealing with relevant third parties & systems highly regarded (Ie: ATO, ABR, ASIC, MPM) Intermediate skills in MS Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel Professionally presented with excellent communication skills - Written & Verbal Be punctual, dependable and well organised with day to day tasks. Have initiative and be pro-active with excellent organisational skills. Able to prioritise workload & keep staff informed of where tasks are at.
