The Role:

As a Client Service Administrator within the Payments business unit, you'll be at the heart of our customer interaction, providing top-notch service to taxi drivers and merchants. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence in customer support, focusing on resolving queries related to products, processes, and payments.

Key Responsibilities: Efficiently handle client requests via phone and email, meeting SLAs. Work to minimize outstanding debt, negotiating satisfactory outcomes. Identify and address process and product knowledge gaps within the team. Champion customer needs, driving engagement with the Cabcharge payment product suite. Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless service delivery. 360 merchant support across the lifecycle, onboarding to offboarding. Who You Are: A high school graduate or equivalent, with 2-3 years of experience in customer service. Comfortable in a high-volume call handling environment and adept at using CRM tools and Office 365. A team player with exceptional attention to detail, organization, determination, and resilience. Energetic, driven, with the ability to influence others and excellent communication skills. Why Join Us?
