Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Meet and greet all visitors to the office General administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and scheduling Welcome and assist clients and visitors at a reception desk Assisting with mailing and accepting deliveries of letters and small parcels Facilitating online orders for office supplies and services, including management of stock levels. Manage incoming calls and email enquiries Provide excellent customer service to colleagues and clients Keep the reception areas clean and tidy Engage with our friendly, fun, supportive, and inclusive team We are looking for a well-presented, confident and friendly individual, with an exceptional telephone manner, proactive approach to work and a CAN-DO ATTITUDE. You will also have: Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Advanced Excel skills Professional written and verbal communication and numerical skills Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining a flexibility to operate in an environment of change and continuous improvement Ability to treat all sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a group environment Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes Experience using a database or client management software You will be working with a vibrant, collaborative and goals-focused team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds, who are all seeking to have impact in the diversity and inclusion space. Qualifications Attributes and Experience Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience; Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges; Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders; Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers; An overall desire to be part of our broader at Work Australia family, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive; and Hold a current Drivers Licence.
