The team This role provides administrative support to our Audit team. The Audit Administration team currently comprises of five team members who support the six partners and 39 auditors in adding value to our clients' businesses.
The role The role of a Client Service Administrator at AFS is to provide administrative support within our audit and contracting departments. This involves providing necessary assistance to ensure deadlines are met and the end-to-end client service experience is delivered in line with AFS's client first focus.
As a Client Service Administrator, you will:
Collaborate with the team to ensure client deliverables are completedSchedule meetings, appointments and trainingsGenerate draft documents using the firm's software and document management systemsAssist with the submission of half yearly and year end reports with ASICOrganise accommodation for audit and contracting visits requiring travelOrganise reimbursement for team member travel expensesReview and format reports prepared by the audit and contracting teamsProvide clients with status updates and industry updates for upcoming Committee meetingsAssist the wider team with various administrative tasksExhibit strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written, in all interactionsBe a point of contact for clients, providing professional assistanceAbout you We're looking for someone who:
