About the Role
This administration role sits within a broader team of experienced Client Service Administrators. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Accountants. Your duties will include:
Preparing documents on behalf of accountantsDiary managementFollowing up clients on behalf of accountantsEnsuring deadlines are metLiaising with the ATO on behalf of clientsLiaising with ASICUndertaking general administrative tasksWorking closely with the broader administration teamAbout You
Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role. You will be someone who has demonstrated a stable work history within the public practice accounting industry. Alternatively, if you have a strong administration background, you may also be considered. Additionally, you will be:
