We are searching for someone ideally that can be in the office between 9am and 4pm each day, with room for flexibility on both sides.

You're committedHave strong communication skillsAre a team playerLooking for a workplace with character and a great culture; andExcited to think, work and make choices like an owner of a businessClient Related tasks include: Assisting with general accounting administration duties, including liaising with clients, information requests and follow-ups, reporting pack preparation Assisting with workflow management Assisting with proposals, fixed price agreement renewals, WIP management & invoicing Communicating with the Taxation Office and the Australian Securities & Investments Commission online and over the phone when necessary Company secretarial management for our clients including preparation and lodgement of company documents with ASIC, handle company secretarial matters, and maintain accurate records Tax return lodgement monitoring Administrative tasks include: Greeting clients and answering phones Attending to mail and email Organising a range of events internal and external events including catering Meeting management – agendas, minutes, action lists Maintaining our client databases Client onboarding  Client offboarding (although not frequent) Premises management – supplies, tidiness, meeting rooms Ad hoc tasks and projects to assist the Director, Practice Manager, and Marketing Manager as required Qualifications: Experience in a similar role or administration for an accounting / financial planning firm would be highly regarded, along with:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders? High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and turnaround time Proven organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Be highly adaptable and responsive to pace and change Well-developed Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with Xero Practice Manager, FYI, and CAS360, experience with Ignition & ATOmate will also be highly regarded Demonstrated initiative and proactivity
