This is just one of the many ways we ensure your work-life balance is prioritised.About the RoleThe Client Scheduling Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth scheduling of care services to our Home Care Clients. Based in Kenmore, you will be responsible for:Scheduling staff and services in line with contractual agreements and in consultation with our Care ManagersManaging unscheduled changes and responding to urgent client needsCoordinating fleet vehicle allocationsBuilding strong relationships with both clients and team members in a call-centre environmentSupporting consistency across our Home Care sitesEvery day will bring a new challenge, and you'll leave work knowing you've made a real difference in the lives of the people we support.About YouYou'll thrive in fast-paced environments and are a master of multitasking. With your exceptional communication and organisational skills, you handle challenges with confidence, honesty, and discretion.
