In the Client Coordination Centre, you're encouraged to think laterally to generate the best scheduling options for older Australians and our Assessors!
We will coach and encourage you to focus on delivering a quality, timely experience for our clients.
We don't focus on call volumes and durations – we want to see efficient and timely scheduling.Join our team and look forward to a workplace where you can thrive as you connect with older adults who need an assessment so they can access services.Working as part of this team you'll:Schedule appointments between the client and our team of AssessorsHandle a mixture of inbound and outbound calls and confidentially capture caller data into our systemsListen to the client, understand their enquiry and assist to deliver the best possible client outcomeCollaborate with other team members and departments to deliver optimal solutionsUse empathy and communication skills to understand our clients' needsWhat we're looking for:Have a passion for delivering an outstanding client experienceBe able to multitask across different systems including the Microsoft Office suite and CRMsBe a fast, autonomous worker who can work effectively alone and within a team settingHave a high level of attention to detail and resourcefulnessYour weekends are yours:This is a full-time role, working across a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, with hours between 7am and 6pm.
