Client Scheduling Officer

In the Client Coordination Centre, you're encouraged to think laterally to generate the best scheduling options for older Australians and our Assessors! We will coach and encourage you to focus on delivering a quality, timely experience for our clients. We don't focus on call volumes and durations – we want to see efficient and timely scheduling.

Working as part of this team you'll:

Schedule appointments between the client and our team of Assessors
Handle a mixture of inbound and outbound calls and confidentially capture caller data into our systems
Listen to the client, understand their enquiry and assist to deliver the best possible client outcome
Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver optimal solutions
Use empathy and communication skills to understand our clients' needs

What we're looking for:

Have a passion for delivering an outstanding client experience
Be able to multitask across different systems including the Microsoft Office suite and CRMs
Be a fast, autonomous worker who can work effectively alone and within a team setting
Have a high level of attention to detail and resourcefulness

Your weekends are yours:
This is a full-time role, working across a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, with hours between 7am and 6pm. We can work with you to plan hours that suit your needs.
