This is an integral and challenging role within the business that will see you involved in a diverse range of activities, collaborating and assisting the team and our clients.Your daily duties would include:Front of clinic client facing roleLiaising with clients, families and practitionersOrganising incoming referrals and manage client waiting listsMaintaining and expanding our referrer relationshipsProcessing billings for multiple funding streams – Private, Medicare, DVA, NDIS, HICAPSGeneral Administrative tasks including emails, calls, reporting, filingProcessing client intake forms and service agreementsAssisting with Internal AuditsOrganising general facility supplies and maintenanceAssisting with induction of new practitioner & student placementsMust have experience in health industry administration roleAbility to handle high workloadsStrong organisational skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office productsNDIS experience is advantageousMust be available Full Time Monday to FridayAbout YouIf you are an experienced Administrator who enjoys a busy and varied role within a great supportive team environment, then we want to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
