Administrator - Client Retention Officer Multidisciplinary Allied Health TeamPart Time opportunity available 16-20 per weekAbout Us Optimum Health Solutions is Australia's leading preventative Allied Health service providing holistic multidisciplinary care to children and adults. Our services are provided within our 12 state of the art, fully equipped facilities across NSW and TAS and within the community.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within an incredible team of Allied Health Professionals including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians and Podiatrists.
About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced part-time Administrator - Client Retention Officer to join our growing team in Batemans Bay across Monday to Friday. This is an integral and challenging role within the business that will see you involved in a diverse range of activities, collaborating and assisting the team and our clients.
Your daily duties would include: Front of clinic client facing roleLiaising with clients, families and practitionersOrganising incoming referrals and manage client waiting listsMaintaining and expanding our referrer relationshipsProcessing billings for multiple funding streams – Private, Medicare, DVA, NDIS, HICAPSGeneral Administrative tasks including, emails, calls, reporting, filingProcessing client intake forms and service agreementsAssisting with Internal AuditsOrganise general facility supplies and maintenanceAssist with induction of new practitioner & student placementsExperience in administration roleAbility to handle high workloadsStrong organisational skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office productsNDIS experience is advantageousAbout You If you are an experienced Administrator who enjoys a busy and varied role within a great supportive team environment, then we want to hear from you.
