As we expand, we are seeking a Client Relationship Specialist with a sales-driven focus to join our team.
About the Role
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and expanding relationships with key referrers, managing client onboarding, and facilitating smooth collaboration with hospitals and healthcare partners. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for client care and relationship management with a sales bent. You will also provide administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers, stakeholders, and hospitals to drive business growth.
Oversee the client onboarding process and manage all referrals through the VHC portal.
Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing appointments and travel arrangements.
Facilitate hospital appointments and schedule management, ensuring smooth communication between all parties.
Track referral data and client acquisition metrics to provide insights and projections for future growth.
Ensure policies and procedures are in place and aligned with business objectives to support growth.
About You
1+ years of experience in sales, including cold calling and appointment setting.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time-sensitive projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
Proven ability to work autonomously and support leadership in high-pressure environments.
Experience in aged care, veteran care, or DVA affairs is highly desirable.
