About the Role The primary purpose of the Client Relationship Partner is to generate revenue through the sale of Baptcare's residential products and services to new customers within a designated territory. Working as part of a sales team, this position generates and converts sales leads within their territory into new Baptcare customers by adopting an engagement approach that unearths and delivers customer requirements.
This position contributes to the growth of Baptcare's customer base through recruiting new Residential customers and building positive referral networks in the community. The overall objective is to partner with our customers to provide them with the products and services they need that will enhance their wellbeing and fullness of life in the Baptcare Community they choose to live in.
Key Accountabilities: Achieve and ideally exceed annual sales, occupancy and other targets set in the assigned region/territoryBuild and manage healthy waitlists for all assigned facilities, captured in Salesforce CRMConvert leads to the waitlist or to new customers through to the signing of the contract ready for Residential Operations to fulfil.Ensure each new customer has a positive experience through the process through to admission and satisfaction is maintained by residential operations following admissionBuild the size and quality of referral networks who preferentially recommend Baptcare to prospective clients.Contribute to the ongoing success of the Services, Sales and Marketing Unit by fostering cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team goals including input into sales strategy, sales target forecasting, marketing insights, new products and marketing collateral as required.Assisting the Growth Leader – Residential Services execute special projects to improve Occupancy levelsMaintain own knowledge of the market and productBuild and maintain strong internal relationships to allow the best outcomes for Baptcare to be achieved.Operate according to Baptcare's values, policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance with organisation and regulatory requirements, including all aspects of occupational health and safety legislation applicable to the role.About You Working as part of a close-knit team, you collaborate with and support others, demonstrating respect in your day-to-day actions.
You will ideally bring the following: Significant experience working in a similar or Aged Care Sector roleDemonstrated customer-orientation, sales and negation skillsExcellent working knowledge of MAC process and CRM (Salesforce)Strong working knowledge of fees/charges and legislative requirements relating to admissions/discharges in Aged Care SectorExperience in delivering sales and marketing experiences to individuals as well as groupsExceptional communication and report writing skillsExperience in solution-based selling based on customer needsStrong problem-solving skillsExceptional presentation skillsExperience working towards service and sales KPIsGenuine desire to assist peopleFlexibility in work location and requirementsAlignment and commitment to Baptcare's Mission, Vision and ValuesFor You Baptcare is focused on living our values, not just talking about them.
