Job DescriptionThe Role Join our dynamic team at Automic as a Customer Success Manager, where your expertise will shape exceptional experiences for our clients.
You'll play a key role in delivering bespoke solutions, ensuring smooth onboarding, and developing strong relationships with ASX50-200 clients.
Your proactive approach will drive key revenue initiatives, from contract renewals to cross-selling opportunities, while collaborating with our senior management and various departments.
Your deep understanding of corporate regulations will guide clients through crucial governance matters, making a tangible impact on their success.

Responsibilities Manage customer success, focusing on creating and delivering a refined and unique experience for all clients.Proactively oversee key revenue factors, engaging actively in contract renewals, cross-selling, and managing debtors within an assigned portfolio.Coordinate and collaborate with the senior management team at Automic and liaise with all inter-departmental teams.Facilitate the onboarding of new clients by clearly outlining their requirements and service standards to ensure a remarkable first impression of Automic.Contribute to the ongoing development of the technology platform by engaging in system design, defining business requirements, and conducting quality reviews of products before release.Maintain an entrepreneurial approach to business development, both independently and by supporting the business development team as needed, with a focus on cross-selling.Communicate regularly and effectively with all business stakeholders, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that broader business objectives are achieved.Leverage your strong understanding of the Corporations Act, market listing, operational rules, and other relevant regulations to assist clients with register-related tasks and shareholder governance issues.Desired Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated Capabilities 5+ years of experience in share or fund registry.Prior experience working with ASX50-200 clients.Proven ability to manage the end-to-end delivery of client solutions.Operational experience in corporate markets.Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.Committed to continuous learning, growth, and exceeding set goals.Ability to work collaboratively with others and independently when necessary.Experience in sales and cross-selling.Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.Strong critical thinking abilities.Experience managing teams and working autonomously.Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.Diversity
