We are seeking a motivated Client Relationship Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Business Development Manager you will be joining a welcoming and supportive team that strives to always put the client first, uphold integrity and the highest degree of professionalism. Key Responsibilities:Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, fostering trust, and driving client satisfaction to support the growth and success of the organisation.Coordinate client meeting bookings, prepare documentation for meetings, taking appropriate meeting notes and follow up actions.Liaise with clients to provide exceptional client service, by ensuring enquiries are addressed, general client correspondence is prepared and proactively identifying any issues.Administration activities, including document management, record keeping, maintenance of data and systems, and ongoing database management.Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote company services and expand the client base.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring and retaining clients.Implement strategies and initiatives to address client feedback and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.About you:Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
