About us Australian Clinical Labs (Clinical Labs) is committed to be the pathology provider of choice.
Our business is growing rapidly and now has over 5000 employees and a truly national reach.
We have approximately 100 NATA accredited laboratories that perform close to 6 million episodes each year for doctors, specialists, patients, hospitals and corporate clients.
Clinical Labs services almost 100 private and public hospitals and is the largest provider of pathology services to public hospitals in Australia.
Within SA/NT, Clinical Labs has 5 NATA accredited laboratories serving an extensive GP and community network as well as a number of local Hospitals.
About you You are a strategic thinker who has strong commercial acumen and proven success in conversion of new business opportunities in the health care sector.
Experience in pathology, pharmaceutical or device selling will be highly regarded.

About the role Playing a key role in the management of existing partnerships and potential clients.Supporting clients with the best solutions to product needs to maximise growth.Analysing sales performance and developing a growth plan for both financial and customer satisfaction improvements.Exhibiting tenacity, urgency and professionalism in key stakeholder engagement.Maintaining accurate client records, and capturing relevant information regarding each sales interaction.Providing clinical and technical training and education to a diverse range of clients.Essential Skills and Experience: Previous sales, business development or client relationship management success within the health care industry.Strong developed sales, negotiation and influencing skills and experience.Track record of being able to multi-task and prioritise workload to be effective in a competitive environment.Experience in delivering patient-focused solutions based on customer needs.Experience in building strong networks and lasting business relationships.Applicants must address the criteria above in their application.
