About the Role: Ready to take your career to the next level? As a Client Relationship Manager for Melbourne and Olympic Parks, you'll dive into an exciting opportunity to foster meaningful customer relationships, manage a dynamic portfolio of corporate accounts, and through your strong partnerships cultivate new business opportunities.
Working closely with the Sales Manager and the broader Commercial Team, you'll respond to event inquiries (including RFPs), craft compelling proposals, lead site inspections, convert leads, prepare contracts, and close deals that drive our success.
What You'll Be Doing: Manage the end-to-end sales process; from canvassing to converting sales opportunities for our prestigious corporate event spaces like CENTREPIECE.Contribute to sales growth by attracting new conferences and events to M&OP.Play a key role in executing our sales strategy.Oversee a diverse portfolio of Business Events and Corporate Accounts, ensuring their growth and continued success.Retain and deepen existing business while encouraging more investment from our valued clients.Build and nurture long-lasting partnerships with new clients that support business growth.What You Bring to the Table: Relationship Building Expertise: You thrive on creating and maintaining meaningful connections with clients, stakeholders, and customers.
