You'll need to bring boundless energy and the talent to juggle multiple tasks—all while flashing that winning smile!Your territory will encompass Hilltops, Cootamundra-Gundagai and Snowy Valleys Councils in the east, border councils across to Wentworth Shire in the west and north up to Central Darling and Cobar Shire Councils.If you want to be part of something special and play a part in our Active story – get in touch and get ready to be Active!As our CRM you'll be the superstar responsible for (including but not limited to):Contribute to the growth of the Active's membership base;Proactively manage employer relationships to drive advocacy for Active super and market leading employer satisfaction scores;Deliver a co-ordinated visitation program for worksite visits that includes seminars, workshops, education delivery and one on one general advice conversations;Develop & maintain relationships with key stakeholders across employers, associations, unions, and internal Active business units; andProvide qualified advice referrals to Active Financial Planners.What's going to catch our eye for this role? You need to have:Minimum of 5 years' experience in a superannuation/ financial service industry in a similar role;RG146 qualifications with Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent;Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including the ability to conduct professional presentations;Ability to work autonomously or in a small team environment; andStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in business related disciplineSound knowledge of superannuation (products, services including defined benefits)Prior holding of Authorised Representative status (or equivalent) with an Australian Financial Services Licensee (AFSL)#J-18808-Ljbffr
