As a Client Service Manager at IRA Immigration, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients throughout their immigration process.
You will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and overseeing the seamless execution of immigration services.
This role demands a strong understanding of immigration processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex client situations.Responsibilities:Meet and counsel clients looking for immigration to countries like Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, etc.Attend walk-ins to the office and counsel for overseas opportunities, profile assessment, documentation, and step-by-step process.Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge.Keep record of client data, and update it in the CRM Portal.Listen to the customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.Possess excellent communication, oral and written skills.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any stream.Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably in the immigration consulting industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume, cover letter, and salary expectations to .
